NVT's project management processes and procedures have evolved since 1980. Using the resources of the Project Management Institute we tailor the approach to meet the needs of every customer or every new situation. Our management plan contains all the elements necessary to manage the project successfully. We emphasize tight cost and schedule control to ensure that we complete the project on time and within the budget while meeting or exceeding the customer's performance requirements. Using automated management tools, we plan, track and monitor every element of the project.
We integrate all projects into NVT's Program Control Management System (PCMS) that provides near real-time data and information for our project manager and our senior management. We work with the customer to define the project completely before we start and we allocate the appropriate human and material resources to support it in a timely and professional manner. Our Project Managers execute the Quality Control (QC) program. NVT's corporate Quality Assurance (QA) program maintains the integrity of the QC process.
