We are currently looking qualified and talented candidates to fill the following anticipated positions in the State of Maryland:
1. Project Manager:
- At least four (4) years of recent (within the past 5 years) responsible experience in managing operation, maintenance and repair, custodial services, building alterations, and customer relations.
- Must have a FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) certification from BOMI.
2. Site Supervisor (multiple):
(i) Facility Supervisors must have First Class Steam Engineers License issued by the State of Maryland or District of Columbia.
(ii) Custodial Supervisor shall possess at least 4 years of recent (within the past 5-years) experience in directing personnel responsible for custodial services in commercial buildings.
